Community Guidelines Overview

Welcome to GTAPoliceMods (GPM), a community for sharing Grand Theft Auto modifications, supporting developers, and connecting players.

These Community Guidelines apply to activity on the GPM website, official GPM Discord servers, and other services operated by GPM. They work alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By using GPM, you agree to follow the applicable rules.

Members are responsible for their own accounts, submissions, and interactions. The Community Team may remove content or take proportionate moderation action, including warnings, restrictions, suspensions, and bans, in accordance with the Terms of Use.

We may update these guidelines as the platform evolves. Published revisions appear in the Guideline Change Log; material changes to what is permitted will be announced before taking effect. Our goal is a respectful, safe, and constructive community for creators and players.

Guideline 1.2

Conduct Outside GTAPoliceMods

GPM generally moderates behavior that occurs on the services we operate. We do not enforce the rules of unrelated websites, Discord servers, or communities, and we do not normally intervene in private disputes between their members.

We may consider credible off-platform conduct when it creates a direct and significant safety risk to GPM members or operations. This may include targeted threats, doxxing, leaking of modifications, coordinated harassment, impersonation used to harm members, or attempts to evade a GPM moderation decision. Decisions will consider the evidence, connection to GPM, severity, and our ability to verify the report.

Private commercial disagreements or allegations that someone broke another community's rules are not, by themselves, grounds for action on GPM. Intellectual-property complaints involving content hosted here should use our copyright reporting process; urgent threats should also be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Allowed

  • Reporting a credible threat directed at a GPM member, with relevant evidence.
  • Resolving an unrelated server dispute through that server's own staff.

Not allowed

  • Using GPM reports to retaliate for an unrelated personal argument.
  • Doxxing or directing targeted harassment at members from another platform.
